AZALEA HOUSE Large double bedrooms in a well furnished shared apartment located downtown Salerno (zona CARMINE) are available for rent to Erasmus students or to long term young travelers who would like to experience Southern Italy on a budget. Each room is appointed with two separate beds or a twin-size bed, a TV set and Internet WiFi. The flat is on the third floor of a building with elevator and consists of four rooms, a large dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and the laundry with the washing machine. The flat location is very good for moving to and from the local University, with bus stops few minutes of walk away.
The monthly long-term rent rate is 320 euros and includes, among other things, the costs of the building (local taxes, trash, elevator and condo fees), the wireless Internet ADSL-24H connection, the CLEANING of the house common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, corridor, entrance and dining room) twice a week and the house maintenance. The rates do not include the water, gas and electricity effective consumptions. A caution deposit equal to one month rent is requested.
