N.B.4: l'appartamento va tenuto pulito; l'ospite, se preferisce, può affidarsi ad una signora fidata.

The unique bathroom (6 sq.m.) is endowed with a window.
Washing machine; 24" TV LCD LG in the room; telephone (ADSL optional).
Flat is furnished in a classic way (absolutely no Ikea!).
Many pictures - metaphysical style - at the walls.
Parking place (with gate) for bycicles.
The location of the flat is strategical for:

40 € = electricity+gas+warm water+possible additional cost of central heating (down payment, to be compared with consumptions)

P.S.1 ADSL flat (Telecom) disposable at the additional cost of 20 euro/month.
P.S.2 To fix the room it is required a caution of 2 months (it cannot be computed for the rent, it will be given back only at the departure from the flat, after verifying that everything is OK)
P.S.3 Rent must be paid 2 months in advance.
P.S.4 The flat must be kept clean; the guest may - if he prefers so - charge for this a trusted cleaning woman.
