The apartment is located in the best part of bovisa. 5 mins by walk to station, 5 mins by walk to politecnic and easily accessible to Cattolica. 10 mins by walk you can arrive to supermarkets, and different shops with all kinds of service. The other good thing about this apartment is that there is no rule for period of residency, and you can rent it for long or short period.
The apartment is completely furnished and you can find whatever you can imagine here!(The other day I have even found a pasta maker in cabinet!)
