The flat is in Crocetta, 1.4 km from Duomo. It is a very safe and quite borough (close to the bus stops and yellow line).

- 3 beautiful single bedrooms (only one is free) it’s large, with a new bed, matress and closet
- 2 bathrooms (1 big and 1 small)
- 1 big kitchen (with oven and many equipments)
- 1 close terrace

The flat is fully furnished (new fridge, new dishwasher, new washing machine, a 42" TV, fast Wifi).

The price includes water expenses, and other flat fees (eg: heating costs).
