I'm the apartment owner but seldom stay there. The apartment is very quiet; it spans over 75 sqm, on the 2nd floor with in-house elavator; 2 cozy bed rooms (the one for rental has 2 bunk beds); 1 bathroom; large kitchen; wide lounge; utility closet.
The requested rent is € 450 for 1 person, 550 for 2 and is inclusive of:
1) Use of the whole apartment and its facilities except owner's bedroom.
2) Consumption of electricity, water and gas.
3) Condominium fees.
4) Unlimited wi-fi.
5) Maid for general cleaning (once a week for 3 hours).
6) Parking space in the courtyard for (motor)bikes.
