350eu/month includes everything. just come , pay , stay and enjoy.

there are 3 people in the house

very nice and kind 1 couple ( owners) and a Girl in the room next door.

they speak Italian, Spanish, English so dont worry about the languages

we have big Kitchen with full equipments and stuffs. oval, micro wave, things to bake,

the owner loves to cook and he cooks so well.

1 more important thing that the house is very clean. and tidy :)

3 mins to the conad ( super market)
