Professional housekeeping service (only in common areas - private rooms one on request), unlimited 24h DSL wireless internet connection + drying machine + paying bar service as other totally Florence-unordinary extras. Very safe and residential neighbourhood (2 5-stars hotels in 20 mt!) with 2 little supermarkets open every day, restaurants, best pizzeria in town, wine-bars, pubs, discos, pharmacy, post office, take aways, car rentals, ATMs, theatres, consulates, city park and nice river bank jogging precinct in 100 mt. Very well connected with other part of the city by buses and tram, but still in the center. Less then 10 mins to train station, 15 mins to Ponte Vecchio and Duomo (walking distances). I work full-time, but I am also a University student, can speak Italian, English, French. I am 34, born and bred in Florence but used to share my apt with internationals for ages.

Not suitable for the untidy (in common areas), the smelly, the super-cheap; good for good-mannered, cultured, open-minded and take-it-easiers!
