.E' molto bella e accogliente.
Disponibile wifi e lavatrice.
Attualmente gli altri ospiti sono una ricercatrice italiana e un medico italiano.
L'ambiente è tranquillo e silenzioso.
L'affitto come singola è di euro 500 mensili e volendo biancheria letto e bagno

The room is large 30mq,wood floor, two beds, a table, a wardrobe...it's very nice and welcoming.
The house has two floors :at the second there are n.3 bedrooms and n.2 bathrooms;
at the first there is the kitchen with a sunny terrace
and a green garden at the ground floor.
Actually the guests are an italian woman working at the university and an italian doctor.
The rent for the bedroom is euro 500 a mounth
the costs of water, gas , heating, elettricity,
tel+adsl+wifi+internet 24 h there is an extra of 20 euro a mounth.
Usually we ask a deposit like a mounth rent
