Spacious double bedroom, double bed, single occupant. My place is very central and in a quiete location. The house is naturally cool in hot season and warm in winter time. It has everythings you can ask for: washing machine freezer microwave, stable and fast wifi with tv, free calls and many others usefull things. Large sunny terrace with flowers and plants with pergola, table and long chairs for outdoors dinners and activity. The area is vibrant, and in easy reach of most strategic places , within walking distance, and also with lot of buses going in the most common places in max 10/15 minutes. Lots of supermarkets bars restaurants and pizzerias open till late in less than 2 minutes walk.
The long term rent, starts from 290 , plus 100 euro per person capped monthly for all the expenses and service charges all included. No extra or hidden cost! And a full day at the spa and fitness facility for two people free! To see!
